About Surbhi Agarwal

I am fascinated with the brain as there is always something new and exciting to learn.

The brain is one of the most amazing parts of the human body. It controls everything we do, from breathing to blinking to solving math problems. But did you know that your brain weighs about 1.5 kilograms? That’s about the weight of a pineapple!

One of the important parts of the brain is the cerebellum which controls balance and coordination. So, when you’re riding your bike, your cerebellum is working hard to keep you from falling off. And if you’re doing a handstand, your cerebellum is working even harder to keep you from tumbling over!

But wait, have you ever wondered how the brain actually works?

The brain is made of billions of neurons – brain cells – which are like stars in the sky. They shoot left and right to form connections, trying to communicate with each other to help us perform daily tasks.

Just like our house, even our brains need to clean up to function properly. That is done by “Glial cells” which are the brain’s secret helpers that help our brain to do amazing things. They are like the brain’s doctors, cleaners, and gardeners which clean up all the mess and protect the brain from any harm.

So, do you want to learn more about this mysterious organ?
